A novel self‐adaptive rectifier with wide input range

A 2.45-GHz self-adaptive rectifier based on a two-way Gysel power divider (PD) with switch networks (SN), an impedance transform network (ITN), feedback (FN) and two rectifiers is developed in this paper. The SNs ITN are controlled by FN according to output voltages. single-path mode at low level switches two-path high level. It has been simulated, fabricated tested. original input range when efficiency above 50% from −3 11 dBm. After being connected the PD, expanded −6 15 dBm, maximum of 71.1% 1400 Ω. proposed design only leverages one type rectifier. outputs symmetric.
